When I was a teenager I wrote to help me process the ups and downs of life. As an adult, I write to share stories about this rollercoaster of life! Writing focuses me and allows me to set aside the worry of the day; to immerse myself in the realm of possibility!

>>VOICES is a novel about how friendships change, and the importance of community. In this graphic novel, three teens face the normal challenges of growing up: hating the new kid, introducing their crazy family, trying new things. They are all on the verge of becoming adults and they approach each challenge from a different point of view. With each step, they learn more about themselves and the truth behind who their friends really are. Follow Julie, Rose, and Bandit through their journey of self-discovery and compassion, boldness and tragedy. Every person has their own voice to share.
NOTE: I have made the executive decision to move the publishing date for Voices: The Graphic Novel to early 2026. Part of this is logistical, since I have recently released Inspire. The other part of this decision is personal. There have been a few setbacks to completing the entire thing. As an indie author, I do have this freedom, but I am a bit disappointed that I wasn’t able to deliver on my projected date.
🫶🏼I want to put in the time and quality that this project deserves and that requires many hours (and a computer!), and a few more run-throughs of the entire story. I apologize, but look forward to presenting you with a wonderful, well-crafted book early in 2026.
